Classes and Descriptions
Rev & Restore – Start your weekend moving swiftly but mindfully. This flow will help you build muscle tone and endurance through the foundations of yoga for the first 20 minutes. Then we will bring it down a notch and focus in on lengthening and stretching through some restorative sequences.
Detox & Breathe – Energize your weekend and restore your digestive system with this short but effective rinse and twist mindful and foundational flow. You will build strength and tone the body while focusing in on the breath and its beneficial qualities. You will feel refreshed and renewed!
Stretch & Centering – Relax and relieve tension within the body and mind. This flow is perfect for a recovery day and time to yourself. You will learn effective ways to stretch to promote flexibility using yoga props if needed . Perfect end to you weekend and start to your new week!
